A few weeks ago we sat watching this lioness as she was lazing in the afternoon sun. She rolled over and started what promised to be a beautiful ‘photo opportunity’ yawn, but somehow got distracted or bored and this was the outcome. A half yawn which looks more like she is sticking her tongue out at us rather than a yawn. I shot a sequence of 8 images but for some reason this one stood out.
Has been a busy few days but hopefully on top of things again. I just posted a few of the initial draft shots of a recent lodge shoot here but still in process of finishing up the final edits. Will upload final, processed images soon.
Will be back on the blog tomorrow and later this week I will have the first, of hopefully many, guest bloggers on Photo-Africa. If you would like to do a guest post on wildlife, photography or anything in between or there is someone you would like to see do a guest blog let me know!
See ya soon!
Gerry
